Vaihela offers various meeting packages for companies of all sizes, providing meeting rooms from smaller negotiation rooms to our beautiful Banquet Hall. Friendly service, proper tools for holding meetings, tasty servings and accommodation services will make your work trip effortless and enjoyable. We always tailor our packages according to the customer’s wishes and Vaihela’s versatile activities and experiences can be added to them. All conference rooms provide a projection screen, a projector, internet connection, a flipchart and means for note-taking.

Hotel Lobby, 2-20 persons

The hotel lobby provides a comfortable and well-lit space for up to 20 people. The equipment includes a big smart-TV, wifi-connection, a projector and a screen. You can also use a flipchart and notepads if needed.

Restaurant Korkki, 2-50 persons

Restaurant Korkki offers a charming and atmospheric space that can be transformed into a spacious meeting room, where meetings can be held by a blazing fireplace. Korkki is ideal for larger groups as well and easily serves up to 50 people.

Main Building’s hall, 2-20 persons

Meetings are still being held in the oldest building of Archipelago Hotel Vaihela! The main building was completed in the 1860s. The hall is a nicely decorated, spacious area that offers a different, unique meeting experience for up to 20 people.
